Eid Meelad-un-Nabi SAS Celebrated by distributing free food and sweets in Prominent Hospitals in Bangalore by Mehdavia Times Welfare Trust in association with Roti Charitable Trust

Eid Milad-un-Nabi SAS Mubarak to one and all.

Dear Brothers in faith we all heard and know that Hazrat Mohammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam was sent for the mankind with a message of unity and peace. It gives immense pleasure to inform you that Alhamdulillah, today, 9 October 2022, 12 Rabbi ul Awwal, Mehdavia Times Welfare Trust ® celebrated Eid Meelad-un-Nabi sallallahu alaihi wa sallam by Distributing Free Lunch through Roti Charitable Trust and sweets to the care takers of the patients from all faiths as Hunger has no religion. Alhamdulillah, about 300 beneficiaries were targeted today.

The food and sweet distribution program were done at the following locations in Bangalore,

• Indira Gandhi Children Hospital 

B. Near Shifa hospital, Queens Road Bangalore and

C. At H.B.S Hospital, Shivaji Nagar, Bangalore

Janab Inayath Ulla Khan (founder of Mehdavia Times Welfare Trust ®) expressed his pleasure by saying ‘Alhamdulillah it is satisfying to distribute the food packets regularly to the people who are away from their homes and taking care of their patients at these hospitals’. He also thanked brother Sadath Ali Khan sahib and Brother Tausif D Sayyed saheb for joining hands in this special program. He also thanked his son master Hasnain Ulla Khan and daughters for their participation in distributing food packets and gracious contribution through their savings boxes towards this noble cause.

We have high regards and very grateful to Janab Syed Gulab saheb of Roti Charitable Trust for joining hands with us in this divine cause.

As a brother in faith, and a true professional bonding, it is an absolute honour to write this good news.

Alhamdulillah Brother Inayath Ulla Khan son of Late Faqeer Abdul Khader Khan ahl e Mandya, the Founder of Mehdavia Times, a prominent servant of Mehdavia Community and well known amongst our respected Murshideen and brethren, has been bestowed with the 'Pashudhan Praharee Prof G. Devegowda Excellence Award - 2022' on 11th July 2022 in recognition to the yeomen services he has rendered to the poultry sector in general and KPFBA in particular. The felicitation was done during the 'Workshop on GM Crops and Animal Nutrition' held  at Hotel Hilton, Manyata Techpark, Bengaluru in presence of Poultry stalwarts, scientists and academicians.

This award was initiated to honour and celebrate the legacy of Prof G Devegowda by his friends, students and Centre Of Excellence for Veterinary science and livestock Entrepreneurship.

Mr. Inayath Ulla Khan has graduated with B.Sc(Computer Science) from St. Philomena's college Mysore (University of Mysore). Later he pursued M.B.A (HR & Marketing) from  Sikkim Manipal University, while working in Bangalore. He never stopped learning as he preaches to fellow brothers and youngsters, and he recently completed Micromasters in Business Management from the prestigious IIM-Bangalore.

Earlier he has worked in reputed NGOs at National Level in Senior Posts. He was Head of Research & Govt Relations  in GIREM [Global Initiative for Restructuring Environment & Management]. Project Manager at JANAAGRAHA Centre for Citizenship & Democracy to name a few. Now he's the executive secretary, KPFBA [Karnataka Poultry Farmers & Breeders Association] a well-known association of farmers, which is recognised nationally and internationally 

Dr. Gopal Reddy, in his citation address expressed that, Mr Khan has played a pivotal seminal role in bringing all stakeholders Government, Poultry farmers, Veterinarians, Academia, Policy makers and media on one platform. KPFBA has introduced many innovative, creative, efficient projects for the sustainable development of poultry sector. In this endeavour, Mr Khan has been fulcrum for these activities. He also appreciated his leadership style, competencies,  management-technical & soft skills which are commendable and helped him in this challenging environment.

In his acceptance speech Inayath Ulla bhy expressed his gratitude to Dr. Devegowda G. for recognizing him for his services to the poultry sector and thankful to Dr. Sushanth Rai B - President, KPFBA, Honorable Past Presidents and members of Karnataka Poultry Farmers & Breeders Association and all the poultry fraternity of the sub continent, his family and friends for whom he humbly dedicated this award.

We at Mehdavia Community already know his dedication towards community services in his best of capacities and needless to mention that Brother Inayath Ulla Khan has always kept his doors, passages opened to all the reputed organizations with whom he has collaborated, joined hands to achieve the vision and mission of the Mehdavia Times i.e Connecting Momins across the globe, and spreading the light of Imaan.

His Peer o Murshid is Hazrat Syed Hussain Miyan Ishaqui, Ahl e Mandya, Karnataka has also shown his happiness on this great professional achievement. Prof.Inayathulla ahle Kirgaval conferred with a Ph.D in Pharmaceutics from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences - a much deserved Ramzaan Gift

Alhamdulillah, We well-known pharmacist of our community and first graduate pharmacist from Kirgaval Prof. Inayathulla Saheb s/o  Alhaj faqeer Mahaboob Ali mudarees (teacher), is conferred with a Ph.D in Pharmaceutics from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) recently in  July 2021 and awarded in the convocation of RGUHS on 30th April 2022.

Dr. Inayathulla is a professor of pharmacy in Farooqia College of Mysore (Karnataka). He has vast experience in academics 20 years in teaching, served as a Pharmacy Council of India inspector. He has been a role model for many in Krigaval and mysore regions particularly for students from Mehdavia Community. Being the first graduate pharmacist from Kirgaval many youth have followed his footsteps and pursued a career in pharmacy. He has encouraged many female students to pursue pharma from distance learning and guided them to be skilled in this career instead of discontinuing studies. 

He has conducted many free health check up camps and free khatna camps. While his wife Dr.Navareen Nargis serving the community and working as medical officer in Azam Baitul Maal Clinic, Mysore. Following the foot steps of his father, he spends his free time in serving at   Mehdavia Khurshid Masjid, Mysore and contributing to the community as a volunteer / member.

He drew inspiration from his father Al Haj Faqeer moulvi Mahaboob Ali Saheb mudarees marhoom  well known  as Mahaboob Hazarath. In one of his Facebook post he had expressed his feelings like this.'Allhamdulilla my father was great teacher, preacher, scholar. I don't have words to express my feelings towards him great.................may almighty grant him jannaha' Aameen.

I would like to take this opportunity to mention a few words about Mahaboob Hazrat. The contributions of Marhum Al Haj Faqeer Moulvi Mahaboob Ali Saheb ahl-e-Kirgaval, a well known Mudarees  can't be penned in a single article. He has served the community as a teacher, not only in schools but also in madrasa too. Apart from teaching Quran-e-Shariff, he also used to teach Arabic as a language to kids,  adults and old age people  of the community in Kirgaval. He has also served as imam in many Mehdavi Masajids of our community, not only his native Kirugavalu, but also he has spent many years in other places like Nandyal (A.P), Bhadravthi, Mandya. With his great efforts he laid the foundation  and built the Mehdavia Momeen masjid at Bhadravthi by collecting chandas from the community. He took last breath in masjid itself while offering Namaz-e-Jumma on 23 Muharam 1425h in Roshan Jamia Masjid Kirgaval. Though I have not personally spent much time with him, being a distant relative and teacher of my father Marhum Faqeer Abdul Khader Khan, I have always heard Mahaboob Hazrath's name with high regards.

The mortal life has a short span of time, if spent wisely, the name becomes immortal. Which possible only by a pious and devote offsprings and the serving in the way of Allah. 

Alhamdulillah, Mahaboob Hazrath's name poped up again after nearly two decades of his death, just because of his service to allah and a good son like Dr.Inayatulla Saheb. may Allah bless him with his deedar and maghfirat. Aameen.

He dedicated his Ph.D. to his mother     marhuma Sajida Begum Saheba, who always dreamt to see the prefix of 'Dr.' in front of her son's name and always prayed for the same. Verily her prayers gor answered today. May Allah bless her with maghfirat and deedar. Aameen.

Verily this achievement is both your father's inspiration and mothers dua. This milestone is not an easy task to reach, but you never stopped running. May this be the stepping stone of your future endeavors!. We congratulate you once again with the best wishes! For your success in getting this Ph.D. 

May Allah give you success in all your future endeavors and may Allah shower success to all the students of our community who are writing various exams at present. Aameen. 

We hope to see more doctrates in our community in future, Insha Allah.

 Happy completion of Mahe Ramzan 2022 / 1443H - Thanks for your continued Dua and bonding with us.

Dear Brothers & Sisters in Faith

‎اَلسَلامُ عَلَيْكُم وَرَحْمَةُ اَللهِ وَبَرَكاتُهُ

Alhamdulillah, we all have celebrated Mahe Ramazan with ease this time and offered taraweeh and other farz namaz with jamaat in our respective Masajids. 

Alhamdulillah after a gap of two long years of pandemic we could celebrate and offer Dugana Lailatul Qadr Farz Namaz across the world behind our Murshideen. Now se have come to the end of the holy month of Ramazan. Everyone is looking up to see the hero of the day, the New Moon, as the crescent of shawwal will declare the advent of Eid ul Fitr, which is the gift and reward of Allah to his worshippers who have sincerely obeyed the orders of their Creator and distanced themselves from sins.

Even the days of celebration in Islam are linked to worship and Alhamdulillah, we took birth in a family of Muslim Mehdavis, who practices Eid with dignity and with maturity unlike others, Islam does not celebrate with music, dancing and other such entertainment. The spirit of Islamic celebration is filled with love, serenity, spirituality feeding and giving. In fact, Eid-ul-Fitr is a festival of giving Zakaat-ul-Fitr, and we have to ensure that we have delivered this before the Eid. Alhamdulillah, with regards fo feeding, every household  ensures to feed their neighbours, the poors and the miskeens. 

Eid-ul-Fitr is also a reminder to Muslims that although the compulsory fasting has ended, the relationship with Allah will never end. Let us continue to be truthful, obedient and  compulsory on our daily routine of prayers throughout the year.

Ramadaan may soon be over but let it be a reflection of what the year ahead should be Insha Allah. 

• May Allah grant & accept all our dua's and bestow His infinite Mercy upon all of us.

• May Allah shower his mercy on all the departed souls, our marhumeen.

• May Allah shower his blessings on the ummah, and the oppressed and grant Shi'fa to those who are ill and starving Aameen.

• May Allah grant us all the true spirit of Eid.

• Aameen!
