Young Muslim Digest Issue Re Visited

r Brothers in faith,
As salam alaikum Rahmath Ullahi wa Barakatahu.

Background: I hope every one remember that there was an issue with Young Muslim Digest on the question of Mehdavia faith in the early years of this decade.
Myself & Janab Roshan Yadullahi Saheb have taken the action against Syed Iqbal Zaheer's article where he had told Mehdavis as Non Muslims. and later to my letter He had altered a lot and published.

Wing Commander M Khan
and couple of his friends also had taken up the defense.

During the course of exchange of letters with him with various Mehdavis he made contradicting statements. And he has told us that he did not called a Mehdavi as non Muslim (Jhuta).

Current Issue: Again in February 2010 issue of Young Muslim Digest, some Muskan Zaib, a 19 year girl has asked a question...."I am a 19 year old girl and I have a boy friend who is 21 years old. I just want to ask that I am a Sunni Muslim and he is a Mehdavi - another caregory in Muslim. so marrying a Mehdavi Muslim us desirable or not? is this allowed in Islam?" Muskan Zaib by E-mail

For this he has straight away told No. and the He told that Mehdavis are not Muslims,.....he continued to say many things which he told earlier also,,,,He advised her to convince her boy friend to renounce Mehdaviath in front of a big jamaat in some Masjid and then say Tauba, and enter into the fold of Islam by saying the Kalima......

I have spoken to Janab Roshan Yadullahi Saheb of Chanchalguda, and have discussed over the issue and a plan to write back to him.

I HUMBLY REQUEST THAT PARTICULAR BOY TO STEP BACK FROM THAT RELATIONSHIP. I believe this message will reach you.

I request knowledgeable brothers to come forward and run an awareness campaign to save our younger brothers and sisters who are becoming the victim of the contagious disease called LOVE , Boy Friend , Girl Friend and they like especially with non Mehdavis.

Insha Allah a meeting will be called to tackle this issue and send an appropriate answer to the YMD. Brothers who want to join the campaign may send their details to my email-id. Let us Join together for the sake of Allah's Khalifa Syed Muhammed Mehdi Amaud Alaihissalam Juanpuri.

I think he is getting funds from enemies of Islam to divide Muslims.and to destroy the peaceful relationships.

Sleflessness - a wonderful character of Prophet Mohammed [pbuh]

It was a settled principle with the Prophet that  he always kept to the fore his own kith and kin and those who were nearer to him in facing a risk or hazard but allotted them the last place in distributing favours and rewards and spoils of war. When the three well-known swordsmen of Quraysh, 'Utba b. Rabia, Shayba b. Rabi'a and Walid b. 'Utba, challenged the Muslims to a single combat at Badr, the Prophet sent forward Hamza, 'All and 'Ubayda although he knew about the velour of enemy combatants and also had a number of veterans among the Muhajirin and the Ansar who could have successfully tilted with the Qurayshite battlers. All the three, Hamza, 'Ali and 'Ubayda, belonged to the Prophet's own clan, Banu Hashim, and were his nearest relatives. They were also held dear by him but the Apostle disliked to imperil others for the sake of keeping his kindreds out of danger. God helped the three to emerge successful in the combat; Hamza and 'Ali came back safe and triumphant while 'Ubayda was brought back mortally wounded. Again, when the Prophet disallowed usury and abolished blood vengeance belonging to the pre-Islamic period on the occasion of Farewell Pilgrimage he declared, "The usury of the pre-Islamic period is abolished, and the first of our usury I abolish is that of 'Abbas b. 'Abdul Muttalib. Claims of blood vengeance belonging- to the pagan past have been abolished and the first of those murdered among us whose blood vengeance I remit is that of the son of Rabia b. al Harith. "
Unlike the kings, rulers and political leaders the Prophet of God always kept his kins and kindreds in the background, giving preference to others in giving out gifts and rewards. 'Ali relates that Fatima had to work hard in grinding corn. So, when she got the news that some slave girls had been brought to the Prophet, she went to him but did not find him. Aishwas present there to whom she told (of her desire for a servant). When the Prophet came, Aisha informed him about Ftima's visit. Relating this incident 'Ali says: "The Apostle of God visited us when we had gone to bed. We were about to get up but he told us to stay where we were. He then sat down near me and I felt the coldness of his feet on my chest. He then said, 'Let me guide you to something better than what you have asked. When you go to bed, say Subhan Allah (Glory be to God) thirty-three time, Alham-du lilah (Praise be to God) thirty-three times, and Allah-o-Akbar (God is most great) thirty-four times. This will be better for you than a servant."
In another report of the same incident handed down through another source, the Prophet is also reported to have said, "By God, I cannot give you anything at the time when the bellies of my companions of Suffa have been hollowed by hunger. I have nothing to meet their expenses and I will sell these to provide for them."

Last Words of Nabi Kareem S.A.W

'Uushiikum bis shalati, wa maa malakat aimanuku - take care of the saalat and take care the weak people among you.'

Suddenly, there was a person, he said salaam

'May I come in?' he asked.

But Fatima(A.S) did not allow him enter the room.

'I'm sorry, my father is ill,' said Fatima(A.S) , turned her body back and closed the door.

She went back to her father who had opened his eyes and asked Fatima(A.S) , 'Who was he, my daughter?'

'I don't know, my father. It was the first time for me to see him,' Fatima(A.S) said gently.

Then, Rasulullah(S.A.W) looked at his daughter with trembled look, as if he wanted to reminisce about every part of her daughter's face.

'Know one thing! He is who erases the temporary pleasure; he is who separates the companionship in the world. He is the death angel,' said Rasulullah (S.A.W).

Fatimah(A.S) bore the bomb of her cry. The death angel came toward him, But Rasulullah(S.A.W) asked why Jibril(A.S) did not come along with him..

Then, Jibril(A.S) was called. Jibril(A.S) was ready in the sky to welcome the soul of Habibullah and the leader of the earth.

'O Jibril, explain me about my rights in front of ALLAH?' Rasulullah(S.A.W) asked with a weakest voice.

'The doors of sky have opened, the angels are waiting for your soul.'
'All jannats open widely waiting for you,' Jibril(A.S) said...

But, in fact, all this did not make Rasulullah(S.A.W) relieved, his eyes were still full of worry..

'You are not happy to hear this news?' asked Jibril(A.S) .

'Tell me about the destiny of my people in future?'

'Don't worry, O Rasul ALLAH(S.A.W) . I heard ALLAH (S.W.T) tell me: 'I make jannat haram for every one, except the people of Muhammad(S.A.W) who are inside it,' Jibril(A..S) said.

It became closer and closer, the time for Malaekat Izrail(A.S) to do his work.

Slowly, Rasulullah's (S.A)oul was pulled. It was seemed that the body of Rasulullah (S.A.W)was full of sweat; the nerves of his neck became tight.

'Jibril(A.S) , how painful this sakaratul maut is!'

Rasulullah(S.A.W) uttered a groan slowly. Fatimah(A.S) closed her eyes, Ali(A.S) sat beside her bowed deeply and Jibril(A.S) turned his face back.

'Am I repugnant to you that you turn your face back o Jibril?'(A.S)
Rasulullah(S.A.W) asked the Deliverer of Wahy.

'Who is the one who could see the Habibullah in his condition of sakaratul maut,' Jibril(A.S) said..

Not for a while, Rasulullah(S.A.W) uttered a groan because of unbearable pain. 'O ALLAH, how great is this sakaratul maut. Give me all these pains, don't give it to my people.'

The body of Rasulullah(S.A.W) became cold, his feet and chest did not move anymore....

His lips vibrated as if he wanted to say something, Ali(A.S) took his ear close to Rasulullah(S.A.W).

'Uushiikum bis shalati, wa maa malakat aimanuku - take care of the saalat and take care the weak people among you.'

Outside the room, there were cries shouted each other, sahabah held each other. Fatimah(A.S) closed her face with her hands and, again, Ali(A.S) took his ear close to Rasulullah's(S.A.W.) mouth which became bluish.

'Ummatii, ummatii, ummatii?' - 'My people, my people, my people.'

And the life of the noble man ended.

Could we love each other like him? Allahumma salle 'ala Muhammad wa baarik wa salim 'alaihi. How deep is Rasulullah's( S.A.W) love to us.

Don't worry if people hate you because there are many others who love and care you in the earth.
But be worried if ALLAH( S.W.T) hates you because
there is no other who loves and cares you in akhirat.

May Almighty Allah (S.W.T) guide all of us to the Right Path and give all of
us the courage to accept the Truth in the light of Qur'an and Sunnah
and to reject all things which are in contradiction to the Holy Qur'an
and Sunnah.

(Ameen!)

Report on "Dini, Ilmi o Amali Workshop"

The program was well planned, an example set by the student community of Channapatna. Some12 engineering students from Gausia Engineering College joined hands with another 3 youngsters(all in their early 20s) to form "Shining Gems of Mehdavia", a committee to organise ijlas o tabligh programs.

The "Dini, Ilmi o Amali Workshop" attracted participants from far places like, Pune,Gokak, Belgaum, Bijapur, Hyderabad, Kadpa, Mysore, Bannur, Kirgaval, Mandya & Bangalore. However there was less participation from the locals. We had great opportunity to network with all of them during breaks.

The program went smoothly, with proper coordination & planning. The Abid Masjid of Hazrath Meeranji Abid Khubdmiri Sahab was full with delegates from various dairas mentioned above. It started on Friday after Namaz-e-Mughrib and Concluded on Sunday after Namaz-e-Isha.

The delegates were divide into 3 groups to practice Naubat, each group was given a ribbon of yellow, red & blue colour.

Meeranji gave practical solluton to various problems during his speaches. There were Q&A sessions in between where people raised questions on issues like kufr, namaz, faraiz etc.... And every one got answers for their questions. Meeranji stressed on the point that one should mingle with others but should not compramise when it comes to aqaid,. In his signature humorous way he said "Sabse Milo,... Ghulo mat", One should mix with others but does not dissolve like sugar in water.

Meeranji advised every one to be deliver their duties to their parents.
One the issues of kufr,,, he told elaborately on Kaffara of missed fasts...... and other sins which a man does without realizing. He told us that, as there is kaffara for missed Fasts there is Kaffara for namaz aswell, feeding 2 miskins for every missed namaz. He asked the audience how much it will take to feed 2 people,,,, every one told Rs.100/= then he asked us to calculate how much one needs to give kaffara on his life time missed prayers..... this will run into lakhs of rupees... He urged every one to never miss even a single namaz, Read quran, Understand and follow the sunnath of our Beloved Rasool (sas) & Imam Mehdi (as)

As everyone knows Meeranji has a good sense of humor, he picked up humor and made the audience smiling. The sessions were interactive & friendly. He used to say half a verse and asks others to complete it.

The organisers had also arranged food for all the delegates at the Khan Complex.

I request brothers who were present on the occasion to put here their thoughts, experiences and lessons learned at the workshop.

Insha Allah I will add more notes on the program, and will upload the pictures of the event soon.

I wish let these Gems Shine for ever and let this kind of workshops replicate in every daira around the globe.

Till then Allah Hafiz....
