Important Announcement for Bangalore Mehdavis regarding Lailatul-Qadr & Eid-ul-Fitr during lock-down

Bangalore 24th Ramzan 1441AH / 18 May 2020:  Attention all the Mehdavi Brothers & Sisters in Faith residing in Bangalore City. Assalaam Alaikum wo Rahmatullahi wo Barakatuhu. This is to bring it to your kind notice that a Joint Announcement has been made by the The Three Mehdavia Organisations of Bangalore, viz; Jamiat-e-Mahdavia, Mattadahalli, Bangalore, Muslim Mahdavia Charitable Trust Hall, Kalaisipalyam, Bangalore and Farah Masjid, Nayandahalli, Bangalore regarding the Lailat-ul-Qadr and Eid-ul-Fitr.

According to the joint statement, due to the restrictions imposed by the Government on gathering of public at religious places, the said organisations will not be making prayer arrangements for Shab-e-Qadr Dugana and Eid Prayers this year at the their respective venues. 

Hence it is requested all to perform Shab-e-Qadr Dugana and Eid prayers at your home by making Jamat with your family members after taking due permission from your respective Murshid.  It is also requested all Mahdavis and sought co-operations to strictly observe the lock-down restrictions imposed by the Government and not to take any untoward action which will bring blame to the Mahdavia community.

We take this opportunity to wish you all a very Happy Laitul Qadr & Eid-ul-Fitr. Specially the Members & trustees of Jamiat-e-Mahdavia, Mattadahalli, Bangalore, Muslim Mahdavia Charitable Trust Hall, Kalaisipalyam, Bangalore & and Farah Masjid, Nayandahalli, Bangalore, as these three centers were consistently serving the Mehdavia Community of Bangalore under the able leadership of selfless elders of our community since decades. May Allah shower infinite mercy and blessings to all the people serving through these organisations.
