Free Mega Medical & Blood Donation Camp at Channapatna to Mark 600th Year of Meelad-e-Mehdi (A.S)

Channapatna, October 28, 2025 — In commemoration of the 600th Year of Meelad-e-Mehdi (A.S) and in remembrance of the pious teachings of Imam (A.S), the Muslim Anjuman-e-Mehdavia, under the auspices of Ijma-e-Murshadeen-e-Groh-e-Mehdavia, is organizing a Free Medical and Blood Donation Camp on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Farah Educational Complex, Farah Road, Channapatna.

The noble initiative, themed “A Noble Initiative for Humanity and Health,” aims to provide comprehensive healthcare services free of cost to the public. The camp is being held in collaboration with Sri Chamundeshwari Medical College, Hospital and Research Institute, Channapatna.

A wide range of medical consultations will be available, including General Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, ENT, Ophthalmology, OBG, and Dental care.

Free Lab Investigations: The camp will offer several diagnostic tests such as CBC, Urine Routine, Blood Sugar (FBS, PPBS, RBS), OGCT, RFT, LFT, Lipid Profile, Serum Calcium & Phosphorous, Serum Amylase, Platelet Count, Pregnancy Test, ASO, RA Test, and CRP—all at no cost.

Scanning & Emergency Facilities

• Ultrasound scans – Free with prior appointment
• MRI Scan – Free for inpatients
• CT Scan – Minimal charges for OPD and inpatients
• Emergency & critical care units – MICU, ICCU, SITU, PICU, and NICU

Free Surgeries and Deliveries: All surgeries, ward charges, doctor consultations, and nursing care will be free. Normal and caesarean deliveries (including medicines) will also be provided at no cost, along with endoscopy services.

Beneficiaries can also avail government health schemes like Yeshasvini Health Scheme and Ayushman Bharat Arogya Karnataka.

 Speaking to us over the phone, Janab Syed Sabeer, President of Anjuman-e-Mehdavia invited all brothers and sisters in and around Channapatna to avail the benefits of the camp. He also informed that a series of events have been lined up to mark the 600th Meelad-e-Mehdi (A.S), including Qirat Competition, Naat Recitation Competition, Deeni Exhibition, Felicitation of organizations serving the community, a special women’s program, and the grand concluding Jalsa scheduled over the next few days.
