Erode, 19 September 2025: The Mehdavia Jamaat, Erode, representing the Mehdavia Dairas of Bhavani, Erode, Karur, and Pallipalayam, has announced the celebration of the 1500th Jashn-e-Meelad-un-Nabi ﷺ. The event will be held, Insha Allah, on Saturday, 20th September 2025 (27th Rabi-ul-Awwal 1447 H) at 9:00 PM in the Mehdavi Hazeera Maidaan, Erode, Tamil Nadu.

- The belief of Khatm-e Nabuwwat (Seal of Prophethood) is a fundamentalbelief in Islam. Every Mahdavi Muslim possesses this belief. Allah has given finality to this belief in the Quran and the Prophet ﷺ himself said, “I am the Khatam-un-Nabieen. There is no Prophet after me.” And, in obeyance of the glad tidings given by the Prophet ﷺ we believe that Imamul Kaayinat Huzoor Meeran Syed Muhammad Jaunpuri Mahdi Mau’ood Alaihis Salam is Khalifatullah, Khatim-ul-Awliya, Mahdi Aakhir-uz-Zamaan and we believe that his teachings are the essence of Islam.
- We emphasise the fact the Mahdaviyat is the essence of Islam. Therefore it is required that sincere steps are taken to disseminate and educate the true teachings of our beliefs to the youth and to kindle religious fervour in them.
- Considering that Ittehad-ul-Muslimeen (Unity among Muslims) is the need of the hour, we pledge that we will adhere to and follow the Mahdavia faith, which is the essence of Islam, without involving ourselves in sectarian and marginal differences. After giving primacy to our Mahdavia beliefs we will always abstain from involving in marginal differences. Further, the efforts for Unity among Muslims will continue. And we will advance the unity, oneness and brotherhood in the Muslim Ummah.
- We consider it obligatory upon us to respect and revere the scholars and the respected Mashayiqeen. We consider is necessary that by remaining in their circle of devotion we strengthen our spiritual connection and beliefs.
- Without doubt, the understanding of the Quran is the only way to save the Mahdavia youth from going astray, decline in morals and waywardness, because the community and society which aligns with the Quran will never be disgraced. Therefore, we will propogate the message of the Quran.
- We appeal to the Guides of the Shariat, the Protectors of the Tariqat, and the Honorable Mashaiqeen to take these Huffaz under their companionship and to guide them so that the Mahdavia community can benefit from them.
- We are delighted to learn that a special committee has been setup in Hyderabad for the religious and worldly guidance of the Honorable Huffaz. We wish that the Honorable Huffaz of Karnataka take benefit from this committee so that effective steps are taken for the betterment of their education, well-being, welfare, livelihood and their status in the society.
