Mahdavia T20 Cricket Tournament

Asalam, Aalai Kum WRWB,

There was Mahdavia T20 Cricket Tournament Organised.

The purpose to organize this tournament matches were to interact Mahdavi brothers on field and create fruitfull bonding brotherhood between them. This effort to create interaction and brotherhood could  be achieved by many ways. And one of them was to get Cricket Tournament. 

The Winning team of this tournament would be awarded by taking all them to Ziyarath of Five Khulefah-E- Rasheedeen.

And all other Team players would be taken to Ziyarath of Hz Bandagi Miyan Syed Ali  Sutoon E Deen.RA (Medak palli DIST Nizambad)

Initially there were 8 teams Five from Musheerabad and 3 From ChancalGuda.

The teams were divided into Two Groups which was decided by taking Draws by the team captains.

Group A

Bahadur Yar Jung MLC (MSRD)

Saif CC (CHGD)

Mahdavia CC (CHGD)

Deccan Mahdavis (MSRD)

Group B

Bahadur Yar Jung Club (MSRD)

Raymond CC (CHGD)

Khalifatullah CC (MSRD)

Musheerabad Blues (MSRD)

Each Team played Group matches and top two teams played Knockout Stage Semi finals and Finals were held by winning team of Semis respectively. These matches were played between Jun 5-11th at Quli Qutub Shah Stadium.

The Semi finalist were,  SAIF CC, MAHDAVIA CC, RAYMOND CC, MUSHEERABAD BLUES.

And the finals were played between SAIF CC and MAHDAVIA CC.

 SAIF CC Won the Tournament.

All the matches went peacefully Alhamdulillah, Everyone playing with true sports man spirit.

There would be Closing and Award Ceremony would be done on June 15th 2010 at Bahadur Yar Jung Hall Musheerabad.

Guest of Honor would be , Mohammed Shoueb Maqsoosi ( Cricketer).

The Awards would also include Best Batsmen, Best Fielder, Best Bowler, Best Captain, and Man of the Series Award apart from Winning team Awards.

The names of the winners would be shared in next mail.
