Summary Revision of Electoral Voters’ List

Dear Brothers & Sisters in faith, As salamu alaikum Rahmathullahi wa barakatahu.
Wish you all a Eid ul Adha Mubarak.

Well this is to to bring it to your notice that, the summary revision of voters' list had started from November 7 and it will conclude on November 30.

This would give an opportunity for those whose names had been left out in the previous voters' list. Those who wish to make changes in their present voter ID cards and citizens who have changed their residences can avail this opportunity to get their ID cards updated. 

All those who have completed 18 years as on January 1, 2003, can enroll their names.

• To register a new name Form 6 
• To delete a name  Form 7
• For correction of entries in the Electoral Rolls EPIC Form 8
• For transposition of entry in electoral roll Form 8A

List of Approved Address Proofs:

• Latest water/telephone/electricity/gas connection bill for the address either in the name of the applicant or any immediate relation such as parents
• Ration card
• Passport
• Driving license
• Income tax assessment order  
• Post’s received from the postal department 
• Bank pass book

List of Approved Birth Proofs:

• Passport
• PAN card
• Driving license
• State board exam certificate
• If you don't have address proofs, please go to the Notary and get an Affidavit.

Note:

• Please follow the instructions given in the forms properly
• Always fill any application in BLOCK letters, otherwise you have to expect your ID card with spelling mistakes
• Give proper AGE PROOF & ADDRESS PROOFS
